10. The Ood
The Ood are a species of aliens that first appeared in the Doctor Who episode ‘The Impossible Planet’. They later appeared in the episodes ‘The Satan Pit’ and ‘Planet of the Ood’.
The Ood are servants of the humans and they have a telepathic link with them. They are gentle and kind-hearted creatures but they can also be very dangerous.
The Ood have been known to kill humans when they are provoked or when they are under the influence of something. They are also capable of killing other creatures. 9. Sontarans
The Sontarans are a race of militaristic clones who come from the planet Sontar. They are one of the most popular and well-known villains in the Doctor Who universe.

The Cybermen have appeared in many different forms over the years, but they are all united by their goal of ‘converting’ all other lifeforms into cybernetic slaves.
They are frequently portrayed as being cold, logical and single-minded, which makes them a very dangerous foe for the Doctor and his companions.

The Master is intelligent, manipulative and dangerous. He appears to always be one step ahead of the Doctor, but the Doctor is usually equal to the manipulative powers of this ultimate baddie.
