What happens in the episode? Mr. Burns is shot and Springfield goes into a frenzy trying to figure out who did it.
Why it’s one of the best? A great spook on the famous Who Shot JR storyline from Dallas it showcases the very best in the show’s writing. It also features some great guest stars, including Kelsey Grammer as Sideshow Bob and Jon Lovitz as Lionel Hutz.

What happens in the episode? The Simpsons Halloween special features three spooky stories: “The Shinning,” “Time and Punishment,” and “Nightmare Cafe.”
