The Greatest Showman heads for Disney+

Fans of all-singing, all-dancing, and just generally brilliant musicals rejoice – The Greatest Showman is soon to be available on Disney+ in the UK.

The Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe and Grammy award-winning movie starring Hugh Jackman will arrive on Disney+ in the UK on the 23rd September.

An Original musical, inspired by the life and times of P.T. Barnum, a visionary who rose from nothing to create “The Greatest Show on Earth”, the 2017 movie quickly solidified its place as one of the greats in the hearts of musical fans all over the world.

A truly awe-inspiring spectacle, The Greatest Showman is not only characterised by the incredible performances from the likes of Hugh Jackman, Michelle Williams, Zak Efron, Zendaya and Rebecca Ferguson – but by a truly memorable soundtrack.

Songs from the movie, including The Greatest Show, A Million Dreams, This is Me and Rewrite the Stars have become earworms of not just film fans but anyone with a radio or television set in the years since the film came out.

A true cultural phenomenon, The Greatest Showman will join a host of excellent content on Disney+ in the UK.

The content line-up includes the best Disney movies, Star Wars films and TV series (including the upcoming Andor series), the very best of Pixar, the Marvel cinematic universe on film and TV, Nat Geo and a huge amount of content under the Star banner. These include Hulu originals like The Dropout, Only Murders in the Building and Pam and Tommy, as well as classic TV shows like The Simpsons, Lost and 24 – plus a whole host of really excellent movies.

Disney+ is available in the UK at £7.99 a month or £79.90 a year if you pay annually.
